Rated Good at our latest CQC inspection — highlights from the report:
- The service was well managed. People, relatives and staff were very positive about the leadership of the service and praised the management team highly.
- People were supported by kind, caring and compassionate staff that often went the extra mile to provide people with good quality care.
- People and relatives told us staff provided good care and treated them as individuals. One person said, “It’s wonderful here. I don’t think I could be in a better place.” Another person commented, “I’m perfectly happy, 10 out of 10.”
- The environment was tastefully decorated, and people appeared comfortable when using the home’s communal areas. The colours and tones of décor were dementia friendly, warm and homely.

Highlights from the May 2026 Healthwatch Milton Keynes report:
- Feedback from residents and relatives was consistently positive, particularly regarding the kindness, responsiveness and professionalism of staff.
- Residents spoke positively about their experiences, describing staff as friendly, caring and approachable. They reported feeling comfortable, at ease, and always treated with respect and dignity. Family members shared similarly positive views, expressing confidence in the quality of care provided to their loved ones.
